Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of brand strategy/marketing experience.
• Proven experience leading a team of brand/marketing professionals.
• Ability to translate inputs into clear brand strategies and narratives.
• Experience in brand architecture, naming, and governance.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of enterprise brand strategy across audiences and channels.
• Define brand architecture and naming strategy, including governance and guidelines.
• Provide strategic counsel on campaigns and initiatives, aligning with enterprise positioning.
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate strategy into verbal and visual brand expression.
• Lead workshops and cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent positioning.
