Job summary

Daymon Worldwide in Sunbury, PA is seeking a dynamic Business Manager for Own Brands to lead a single account within the brokerage business. Reporting to a Senior Business Manager or Director, you will drive strategic plans, budgeting, hiring, and day-to-day management of the account and its categories.

You will partner with marketing, product development, and logistics to build brands, grow revenue, and optimize inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Graduate Degree preferred
• 3–5 years of professional work experience
• Experience in building and nurturing brands; private brand management a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
• Ability to contribute to setting and achieving budgets
• Good grasp of Product Development, Marketing, Retail, Category Management, and Logistics

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted goals for area of accountability
• Develop and execute marketing plans; promotions; advertising; displays; merchandising; inventory forecasting
• Ensure execution of the Large Account Management Process framework to identify priorities and build short/long-term plans
• Demonstrate functional expertise in Private Brand & Branding through development and networking opportunities
• Attract, develop and retain key talent to enable execution of goals
• Execute new strategic initiatives for the account or assigned categories
