The role requires strong marketing judgment, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with a base salary in a competitive package and potential annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of brand management, trade marketing, or related roles in Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Experience building marketing plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing support for current products, including positioning, packaging updates, claims, and messaging.
• Monitor performance, distribution, velocity, and consumer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Insights, Supply Chain, and other teams to support priorities and ensure brand consistency.
• Develop and execute brand plans aligned with business goals and portfolio priorities.
• Translate brand strategy into briefs, messaging, assets, and sales tools.
• Support media planning and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Develop sales tools, customer presentations, and product information to communicate brand value.
