Job summary

Lactalis USA is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to lead key aspects of the Stonyfield Organic yogurt portfolio. You’ll support brand strategy development, market analysis, and cross-channel marketing initiatives to grow consumer engagement and awareness. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and a data-driven approach.

The position is hybrid with three days in our Bedford, NH office, offering growth opportunities in a fast-moving, consumer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA a plus.
• 1-3 years brand/product marketing experience.
• A consumer-centric thinker with a passion for marketing and brand building.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence.
• General manager mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Desire to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of syndicated databases a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brand strategy development through market research and insights.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and market trends for growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate on product development, packaging design, and P/L execution.
• Manage packaging design updates and obsolescence timelines.
• Drive consumer engagement across social, events, and partnerships.
• Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation.
