Job summary

Lactalis USA is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for its Stonyfield Organic yogurt portfolio in Bedford, NH. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office to drive brand strategy, consumer insights, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of consumer‑packaged goods marketing experience, a passion for organic foods, and strong analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA a plus.
• 1–3 years brand/product marketing experience preferably in consumer‑packaged goods or related industry.
• Consumer‑centric thinker with a passion for marketing and brand building.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize into data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Development: Create and execute brand plans through market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor brand performance metrics, sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in‑store channels.
• Product Innovation/Renovation: Collaborate on new product development, including packaging design and marketing strategies.
• Packaging Development: Oversee packaging design updates and obsolescence tracking.
• Consumer Engagement: Build relationships with consumers through social media, events, partnerships and promotions.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
