Job summary

Lactalis USA is seeking an Associate Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Planning to drive strategic development, storytelling, commercialization and execution of retail initiatives across channels. This role partners with Field Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Trade Planning to ensure execution of priorities and strong, insight-driven narratives.

The role focuses on Oui and Brown Cow product commercialization, sales strategy and performance analytics, reporting to the Senior Manager,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of CPG Sales or Brand Marketing experience.
• Experience in category strategy or trade marketing is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Proven experience with syndicated data and decision data/tools such as IRI/Circana, AC Nielsen, Numerator.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Lactalis Yogurt Sales Strategy using POS data and shopper insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to shepherd product innovations to commercialization.
• Create data-driven sales presentations with syndicated data insights.
• Coordinate with internal functions and customer teams to align plans and communication.
• Forecasting and planning with Demand Planning and Brand Marketing; support monthly demand plan.
