Million Dollar Baby Co. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our Marketing team in crafting visually arresting, culturally resonant brand work across digital, social, email, retail, and more.

You’ll guide junior designers, shape campaigns for Babyletto, Namesake, and daVinci Baby, and push brand guidelines with a strong point of view. You’ll own design across platforms, apply motion and AI‑powered tools, and translate performance metrics into creative decisions, while maintaining a high

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on branding experience in agency or in‑house roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work with distinctive point of view.
• Mastery of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; ability to adapt to Canva and MS Office.
• Experience leading designers and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior and mid‑level designers, review work, and raise craft quality.
• Design marketing and brand storytelling campaigns for digital channels and retail partners.
• Collaborate with Brand & Brand Activation to align campaigns with goals.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Edit video and photo assets for social, web, and retail use.
• Create print materials, mood boards, signage, brochures, and decks.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross‑brand coordination.
