Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a Corporate Marketing Associate to support brand operations, sponsorships and campaigns across the firm. The role collaborates with senior leadership, investment professionals, legal and compliance to amplify the corporate brand across the global platform.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in corporate marketing, brand management, advertising, sponsorship marketing or related.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with external partners and agencies.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing or brand campaigns across channels.
• Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with marketing budgets, POs, invoices and vendor management.
• Familiarity with sponsorship activation, events and experiential marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and measure integrated brand campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals and milestone tracking.
• Develop campaign briefs and manage asset development with internal teams and agencies.
• Manage multiple projects across brand, advertising, sponsorships, and marketing workstreams.
• Review materials for brand standards and enterprise compliance.
• Assist with budgets, invoices and performance reporting.
• Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, events and promotional activities.
• Maintain brand asset libraries and templates.
