Job summary

Antares Capital LP is seeking an Associate, Digital & Channel Marketing, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing. You will support and execute digital and channel marketing to engage investors, advisors and sponsors, driving capital formation outcomes.

You will activate campaigns, scale impact through digital channels, and connect marketing to institutional and wealth audiences using data, tools and workflow.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of marketing experience with exposure to digital and channel marketing.
• Familiarity with Institutional and Wealth distribution channels.
• Understanding how marketing supports investor engagement and distribution outcomes.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and digital distribution platforms; Seismic in particular is a plus.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools to support marketing execution.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, website, and investor-facing platforms.
• Support development and deployment of digital-first sales enablement materials aligned to distribution needs.
• Work with teams across Antares (Wealth, Institutional, Originations, Responsible Investments, EIGs) to support execution and campaigns as needed.
• Partner with Associate, Content & Digital and AVP, Integrated Marketing to manage and execute campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools, managing workflows and timelines.
• Track and report feedback from key stakeholders on campaign performance, supporting ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support execution where appropriate.
