A-LIGN Compliance and Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Marketing to own brand, communications, and creative strategy.

You will define global brand architecture and messaging, and lead a multidisciplinary team while coordinating with PR agencies to scale delivery across all channels. Collaborate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and executives to align investments with business outcomes, elevate thought leadership, and accelerate growth using

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
• 10+ years in corporate marketing, communications, brand, or creative roles.
• 4+ years leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing external agencies and freelancers.
• Proven ability to drive brand and communications strategy in B2B settings.

Responsibilities

• Own global brand strategy, architecture, messaging framework, and visual identity across market-facing channels.
• Lead external communications including press, media relations, and executive announcements; manage PR agency.
• Oversee corporate and executive thought leadership programs and social media presence.
• Lead the creative function end-to-end; manage agencies and AI-enabled design workflows.
• Build and run the corporate marketing budget, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and People Operations.
