Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, advertising, English, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional writing, content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or related field.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong writing and copywriting skills across digital and print channels.
• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices, including AI-era search experiences.
• Ability to write UX and product copy with CTA-focused journeys.

• Develops brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and storytelling content for Sun Communities and Sun Outdoors.
• Writes clear, original content across digital, print, and internal channels following brand guidelines and AP style.
• Optimizes content for SEO and GEO, with structured content and audience-focused messaging.
• Writes UX content including navigation, CTAs, forms, and booking/lease flows.
• Collaborates with Brand & Creative, Digital Marketing, MarTech, and other stakeholders.
• Conducts research and interviews with residents, guests, team members, and vendors.
• Coordinates content development across projects while managing competing deadlines.
• Provides editorial direction to freelancers and external contributors.
• Uses AI writing and research tools while upholding quality and brand consistency.
• Analyzes content performance and makes data-driven improvements.
• Maintains marketing content in CMS and designated channels.
