You’ll engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals in a fast‑paced retail environment. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and products.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and omnichannel engagement.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
• Support sales floor operations, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Execute store processes efficiently and accurately.
