Qualifications

• 3+ years of social content experience with Instagram portfolio and aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and publish content quickly; mobile-first shooting a plus.
• Hands-on experience building or managing an affiliate/creator program.
• Exceptional writing skills with brand-voice consistency and engagement focus.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and capable in a fast-moving small team.
• Genuine passion for clean beauty, wellness, or sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (feed, Reels, Stories).
• Write captions that balance brand voice with platform-native engagement.
• Own the content calendar and adapt to launches and editorial opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data.
• Create campaign concepts rooted in AKAR’s botanical origin and ingredients.
