Job summary

Moomoo's NYC Brand Store seeks a Financial Customer Experience Associate to drive sales, build client relationships, and handle live customer support. The role blends financial expertise with client engagement and event leadership in a high-energy setting.

You will help drive client acquisition, support store activations, and ensure FINRA/SEC compliance while staying current on market trends and trading concepts.

Qualifications

• SIE certification or willingness to obtain it.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required; must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Knowledge of options and trading strategies.
• 1+ years of sales and/or customer service within a financial services company.
• Strong knowledge of FINRA and SEC marketing guidelines.
• Deep understanding of trading products, services, and the U.S. stock market.

Responsibilities

• Learn moomoo's history, mission, product features, trading tools, and customer promotions to communicate value to clients
• Support on-site sales and promotion efforts
• Provide exceptional client support by answering questions about moomoo products and services
• Track and report merchandise inventory, sales, and customer conversion data daily
• Stay current on market news and trends and share insights with customers
• Ensure marketing and sales activities comply with FINRA and SEC guidelines
