Job summary

Moose Knuckles is seeking an Assistant Manager in New York to blend service with back-of-house operations and drive store performance. You will support the General Manager in sales, recruitment, staff development, merchandising and payroll controls, while delivering authentic Moose Knuckles service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail management, with outstanding leadership, communication and teamwork abilities, and a passion for the brand and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Dynamic, customer oriented with strong teamwork.
• Proven analytical skills and professional attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals and targets.
• Operate the store to maintain productivity and profitability through sales growth, staffing and inventory.
