Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on social media, content or community management experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first content, short-form video and storytelling.
Ability to take content from idea through execution, editing quickly for fast-moving environments.
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
Strong copywriting with a distinctive brand voice.
Proficiency in editing and scheduling tools; knowledge of analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management of Sarku Japan's organic social channels across platforms.
Develop and execute social strategy, define platform roles and calendar, measure success.
Hands-on content creator: concept, shoot, edit, copy, and publish social-first content.
Create platform-native content that fits brand voice and food storytelling.
Collaborate with brand, creative, PR, field marketing and operations to translate calendars into social ideas.
Measure performance and provide test-and-learn recommendations to improve results.
Manage community management agency with briefs, guardrails and sentiment monitoring.
