Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a Brand Security Officer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on oversight of daily security and store operations to protect clients, people and brand desirability.

You will partner with the local team to deliver exceptional Tiffany experiences, deter theft, manage incidents, and ensure security procedures are followed while supporting sales and service.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
• Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to by following up on daily inspections, equipment, alarm tests, inspections, key access, and report submissions.
• Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures. Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with store team.
• Cover both security and back of house operations and controls.
• Provide a positive Tiffany experience for each client.
• Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador and support the store in achieving sales plans.
• Elevate in-store experiences and respond to client feedback and NPS scores.
