Job summary

Tiffany in the United States is seeking a Branch Security Officer to protect people and assets while delivering the Tiffany Experience to every client. You will balance security controls with exceptional service in a luxury retail environment and act as a Tiffany ambassador.

In this role, you will partner with local teams, perform opening/closing procedures, and respond to incidents. You will uphold Tiffany values and contribute to a safe, welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail/security environment.
• 1-year prior experience in a security related position.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Deter theft, report missing assets, and manage incidents.
• Ensure security systems and procedures via inspections and tests.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
• Cover security and back-of-house operations and controls.
• Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to every client.
• Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime spend.
• Act as Tiffany ambassador and support store to achieve sales plan.
• Elevate in-store experience with memorable moments.
• Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador during client interactions.
• Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
• Connect with store team during operations.
