Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Brand Security Officer in New Jersey to protect assets, support store operations and enhance client experience. You will work with local and central teams to deter theft, manage incidents, and ensure daily security tasks are performed while maintaining exemplary customer service.

Required are a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work retail hours including nights and weekends. Prior security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for point-of-sale and incident reporting.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies and implement Incident Management procedures.
• Ensure security systems and procedures are followed, conduct daily inspections and reporting.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs as needed.
• Cover both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
• Provide a positive Tiffany experience from start to finish for each client.
• Deepen client relationships to encourage lifetime dedication and spend.
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador and support store in achieving sales plans.
