Job summary

Wellfit Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on marketing professional to craft sales-ready collateral, campaigns, and brand messaging for dental and healthcare practices.

You'll own the content library, partner with the Director of Commercial Success, and drive conferences, campaigns, and social programs with autonomy and collaboration. AI tools will accelerate production and ensure on-brand output.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, or healthcare technology.
• Portfolio showing sales collateral, presentations, and campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to explain complex products clearly.
• Experience tailoring messaging to different audiences and working with a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a library of approved one-pagers, brochures, decks, email templates, and leave-behinds for reps.
• Convert Sales requests into on-brand assets with fast turnaround.
• Translate payments, financing, membership, ACH, and Pinless Debit offerings into clear language.
• Maintain asset accuracy as products and pricing evolve.
• Plan and run email campaigns and nurture sequences for defined segments.
• Own Wellfit's LinkedIn and other organic channels with a steady publishing rhythm.
• Use AI tools to produce high-quality material and build templates for scalable customization.
