Job summary

Wellfit Technologies is expanding its in-house marketing function in Irving, TX. You will craft and manage marketing materials for the Sales team, build brand messaging, and drive campaigns across channels.

You will partner with the Director of Commercial Success to translate payments, financing, and membership offerings into clear owner- and office-manager–facing language. The role offers autonomy, ownership of daily priorities, and collaboration with sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing for SaaS, fintech, or healthcare tech.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain sales collateral: one-pagers, brochures, decks, email templates.
• Translate offerings into clear messaging for practice owners and managers.
• Support conferences and events with materials, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Own brand voice across channels and assets; tailor messaging for DSOs and owner-operated practices.
• Plan and run email campaigns and nurture sequences; manage LinkedIn and other social content.
• Leverage AI tools to generate high-quality content and templates.
