Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Associate at our Chicago store to deliver an exceptional customer experience and share passion for the HOKA Brand and products. You will educate customers, stay current on products and technologies, and invite everyone into the HOKA community through outstanding service.

Responsibilities include using an optimistic attitude, assisting with inventory, cashier tasks, and maintaining store standards while supporting management and team goals.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey brand vision to customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsabilités

• As part of Sales Associate duties, create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized store, operate cash register, and handle money accurately.
• Assist management with administrative tasks and ensure product stock and merchandizing meet Brand standards.
