Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers inquiring about vehicles online via phone and email.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a referral network.
• Answer internet leads in-store with pricing information.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments and test drives.
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Follow up with customers for inquiry, post-sale, and repeat business.
