Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a part-time Team Leader for LEGO Brand Retail in Miami. You will be a role model, training the team to deliver exceptional customer service, product knowledge and sales. The role focuses on brand experience, visual merchandising and team development to drive profitable sales.

Lead the team, manage shifts, and ensure standards are met while maintaining store graphics, pricing and stock levels. This is a hands-on leadership role within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of Employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical requirements and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information.
• Assist to ensure effective space management techniques are used.
• Maintain store graphics system, including pricing, focused on customer service.
• Ensure fixtures are replenished consistently.
• Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values.
