Qualifications

• Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment.
• Delivery of employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM and SM in maintaining schedule and holiday coverage.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and address issues per LEGO policies.
• Process store and office supply orders within guidelines and budget.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by staff.
• Maintain organized stockroom and merchandised products on the floor.
• Support merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
