Job summary

Firstunion is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our footprint across key U.S. retail channels. This hands-on, relationship-focused role suits someone who thrives in independent field sales.

You will develop client relationships across territories, conduct in-person visits to secure placements, and represent the brand at trade shows and promos while reporting market insights to management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (citizen, green card, OPT or visa).
• Prior B2B or retail sales experience in the U.S. market.
• Strong ownership mindset with targets-driven approach.

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to expand our footprint across key U.S. retail channels. This role is hands-on, relationship-focused, and ideal for someone who thrives in independent field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships across assigned U.S. territories.
• Conduct in-person visits and secure product placements in diverse retail channels, including wholesale distributors, chain stores, tobacco/vape shops, and gas stations /convenience store.
• Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback on a regular basis.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Language & Work Authorization: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, own reliable vehicle, and hold legal work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, green card, OPT, or valid visa). International students on OPT are welcome to apply.
• Sales Experience: Prior B2B or retail sales experience in the U.S. market is strongly preferred. Ability to independently identify, approach, and close new client accounts.
• Background: Clean criminal record and good physical health.
• Mindset: Highly ambitious, focused, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve targets.
