Job summary

CSC seeks an Associate Brand Protection Analyst to support takedowns of fraudulent content and engage with clients and teams to reach goals. You will analyze infringing websites and listings, research hosting providers, and communicate with sites and customers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication, IT literacy, branding knowledge, and data analysis, with exposure to training and client engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French, Italian, German, Mandarin or Spanish is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The ability to write documents in commercial English
• Good knowledge of IT and Internet Technology, including basic underlying technologies
• Knowledge of branding/trademark issues is beneficial
• Experience in a technical and/or data analysis role; scientific or technical background is beneficial
• Experience with training/presentations is desirable
• Strong customer focus; teamwork; problem-solving and analytical ability
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to change
• Inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn new skills

Responsibilities

• Provide a primary point of contact for clients (Lead Analyst)
• Analyze websites and e-commerce listings for infringing content
• Conduct online research on sites and hosting providers for takedown methods
• Communicate with e-commerce sites and hosting providers by phone and email
• Communicate with customers about cases and outcomes
• Review enforcement reports with clients and identify trends
• Suggest minor strategic changes for investigations
• Schedule regular customer calls and track action items
• Handle current program requirements and questions
• Escalate issues to commercial support teams as needed
