Coach is seeking a Project Coordinator to support brand initiatives and seasonal content execution. You will manage collateral delivery, packaging, and asset requests from internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and brand-consistent results.

In this role, you will oversee packaging development, foundation requests, sample logistics for photoshoots, and invoices, while maintaining organized documentation and regular stakeholder updates to drive successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management or related experience in fashion, luxury, or retail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana and Workfront.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across creative and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Brand collateral and packaging: manage end-to-end development, review, and distribution.
• Oversee foundation and corporate requests with timelines and cross-functional collaboration.
• Sample management for photoshoots and marketing initiatives with timely shipping.
• Invoice processing and budget-tracking records.
• Maintain clear, timely project documentation and stakeholder updates.
