24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly organized Product Development Coordinator to support our growing Product Development team in the beauty space, handling packaging, samples, and documentation from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in product development or related coordination, strong attention to detail, and excellent written communication. This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product development, packaging, operations, project coordination, or a related internship.
• Interest in beauty, cosmetics, CPG, or product development.
• Strong organization skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple samples, projects, and moving pieces at once.
• Ability to follow direction, stay on top of details, and take initiative when needed.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort creating organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain product, packaging, and retailer samples, ensuring everything is clearly labeled and easy to locate
• Support product and packaging testing, including tracking samples, documenting feedback, and helping prepare testing materials
• Write and maintain testing protocols, product information, specifications, and other development documents
• Coordinate sample requests, shipments, and inventory across internal teams, vendors, and retail partners
• Help manage the day-to-day organization of packaging components, artwork files, samples, and approvals
• Support the Product Development team with timelines, meeting notes, follow-ups, and project tracking
• Assist with product development projects from early concept through launch
• Act as a dependable keeper of the sample and packaging testing process

This person will help keep product and packaging development organized across multiple projects.
