Profound is the marketing platform for the AI era. We’re seeking a Brand Designer to define how Profound looks across campaigns, events, and our visual systems as we scale.

You’ll work with the Creative Director and Brand lead to shape the brand, build scalable design systems, and push creative boundaries in a fast‑moving marketing team in NYC. Based in New York, you will partner with content, demand gen, product, and leadership to ensure a coherent brand narrative in both digital and physical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Clear, opinionated POV on typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Experience building brand systems for digital and physical formats.
• Proven ability to design campaign creative from concept to delivery.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketers, writers, and leadership.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• High bar for craft and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the visual brand across campaigns, website, events, social, and beyond.
• Build scalable brand design systems used by the broader team.
• Design campaign creative from concept through execution.
• Shape brand experiences at conferences, events, and activations.
• Participate in design reviews and set craft standards.
• Push the creative bar and bring ideas to life.
