Job summary

Landor is seeking a Freelance Brand Performance Director to join our New York studio, part of WPP. You’ll partner with the Global Brand Performance team to drive strategic analytics, deliver brand performance insights, and mentor junior colleagues while expanding our offering and methods.

Qualifications

• Passionate about brands, audience & market trends and commercial impact.
• Translate insights from research and data into actionable client recommendations.
• Develop and manage data gathering, models and surveys.
• Experience with applied statistical and financial modelling across quantification and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure analysis and synthesis of primary and secondary data to generate actionable client insights.
• Understand clients’ businesses and industries deeply.
• Lead day-to-day management of client projects.
• Identify and manage Brand Performance suppliers.
• Educate Landor colleagues on analytics and brand measurement costs and timelines.
• Design and execute approaches to connect disparate data sources and build 5-year financial models.
• Collaborate with executives to deliver analytics tools across clients’ business challenges.
• Support evolution of the offer and standardize workflows.
• Advise on improvement areas of current consulting offers.
• Develop case studies to demonstrate team capabilities.
• Assist Growth and Client Services in scoping Brand Performance needs.
• Develop proposals and scopes of work with cross-office teams.
• Support creation of new Landor IP.
• Build trust with senior leadership through insight and coaching.
• Present persuasively to clients and prospects.
