Job summary

Landor is seeking a Freelance Brand Performance Director for our New York studio. You will partner with the Global team to deliver strategic projects and build a robust Brand Performance offer that drives brand and business transformation.

You’ll lead analytics and monetization tools across a range of clients, mentor junior colleagues, and help evolve our offerings to meet client needs in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience translating insights from research and data into actionable recommendations on client brand and business strategies.
• Track record of developing and managing data gathering, models, surveys and other methods for utilising insights and analytics.
• Extensive experience with applied statistical and financial modelling methodologies across quantification and measurement approaches.
• Strong ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures analysis and synthesis of primary and secondary data sources to generate actionable insights for clients.
• Gains and maintains an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and industries.
• Takes day-to-day responsibility for running client projects.
• Identifies, recruits and manages Brand Performance suppliers including diverse vendors.
• Educates and trains Landor colleagues to build analytics capabilities and brand measurement.
• Acts as a data-driven consultant designing and executing approaches to connect disparate data sources.
