Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Performance Marketing Copywriter to own persuasive copy across emails, video scripts, and landing pages for the Xometry and Thomas brands. You’ll collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, and design to turn campaign strategy into compelling narratives that move engineers and procurement professionals toward a decision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle/email marketing, or growth-focused roles.
• Proven track record of high-converting email, video script, and landing-page copy.
• Strong understanding of email mechanics and landing-page conversion principles.
• Familiarity with KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and how copy drives them.
• Experience with CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., HubSpot), A/B testing, and AI tools.
• Excellent English grammar and messaging skills in a B2B context.
• Experience building Claude Skills to scale copy production.

Responsibilities

• Write marketing and lifecycle emails for Xometry and Thomas brands.
• Write video scripts for YouTube, paid social, and explainer videos.
• Write landing page copy from hero messaging to CTAs.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing and designers to align copy with visuals.
• Coordinate with Product, Content, and Growth Marketing to keep messaging aligned.
• Use performance data to refine copy for engagement and conversions.
• Participate in brainstorms and strategy with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Maintain and evolve messaging frameworks, templates, and blocks.
• Build and use Claude Skills to speed up copy production.
• Understand target audiences across both brands.
