Job summary

Ritual is hiring a Senior Copywriter to join a best-in-class creative team, shaping brand and product messaging across the funnel in a remote setting. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to concept, refine, and execute compelling messaging that resonates with the Ritual audience.

You’ll translate complex ideas into clear, high-quality copy, lead strategy, and advocate for inclusive, culturally relevant work. Minimum 5 years’ experience and a witty portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in in-house and agency environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating a sharp, technical command of language.
• Experience across social, email, brand, and growth channels.
• Verbal, brand, or creative strategy experience including brief-writing.
• Ability to work with kindness and collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead messaging and verbal identity for brand campaigns and new product launches.
• Act as a brand voice editor, mastering the Ritual POV and reviewing content for quality.
• Work with channel leads, product managers, designers and art directors to craft smart, vivid executions.
• Advise leadership on major verbal strategy decisions.
• Define processes for thoughtful AI use in messaging.
• Deeply understand the Ritual consumer and ensure external messaging respects their needs.
