We execute high-performing campaigns for leading names in gaming, D2C, tech, and entertainment, including Epic Games, Warby Parker, NordVPN, and Manscaped. Our team specializes in crafting strategic, results-driven partnerships that leverage creators to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a strategic, revenue-driven sales leader to expand our

brand partnerships and drive new business growth.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Director (US) to own the end-to-end sales process, from

prospecting to closing deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new

brand partnerships.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing,

digital advertising, and brand partnerships, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue

goals. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, be a strong negotiator, and have a passion

for the creator economy.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing brand partnerships.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure direct-to-brand deals in gaming, D2C, and tech.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of high-value prospects, exceeding revenue targets.
  • Leverage existing relationships with clients and agencies to drive new business and meet revenue goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (campaign managers, analytics, and marketing) to develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and position Pixly as a leader in the influencer space.

Negotiation & Account Growth:

  • Structure and negotiate brand sponsorship deals that drive long-term value.
  • Build lasting relationships with key clients, securing repeat business and renewals.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

Within 30 days:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Pixly’s services, sales process, and key differentiators.
  • Begin prospecting immediately—leveraging Apollo and other sales tools to generate leads.
  • Secure at least 2 client meetings per week through strategic outreach and leveraging
  • existing relationships.
  • Build and organize an initial pipeline of high-potential opportunities.

Within 60 days:

  • Convert early-stage conversations into concrete sales opportunities.
  • Close at least 2 net new deals within this timeframe.
  • Expand outreach to include larger brands and agencies, focusing on high-value accounts.
  • Fine-tune the sales approach based on client feedback and early performance insights

Within 90 days:

  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate repeatable success in closing deals and securing long-term partnerships.
  • Identify gaps or opportunities in Pixly’s sales strategy and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Position yourself as a key revenue driver, ensuring a strong pipeline for the Quarter and beyond.

Within 6 months:

  • You’ve secured multiple long-term partnerships and are consistently hitting revenue targets.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong agency and client relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch with the ability to translate trends into sales opportunities.
  • Experience in direct response sales and understanding of conversion metrics.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in structuring brand sponsorship deals.
  • Experience using Apollo or similar sales automation platforms for prospecting and outreach.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (based on experience) + commission
