About Brave

Summary

Brave is seeking an experienced Ad Sales representative to join our sales team. This role focuses on developing new client relationships to place ads within the Brave Ecosystem. You will help accelerate Brave’s revenue growth by expanding our client base and increasing ad revenue across the US, Canada, UK, France, or Germany.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify, qualify, and quantify advertising clients at both the agency level and directly with brands to grow Brave’s revenue.
  2. Develop business cases and create innovative proposals that deliver mutual value for potential customers.
  3. Build relationships and lead discussions and negotiations with partners, from C-level executives to key functional leads.
  4. Maintain and develop a pipeline of potential advertiser leads in priority verticals.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and account management teams to onboard and develop partners.
  6. Contribute to strategic discussions regarding partnership strategies and platform development.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Advanced 4-year degree in Technology or Business; MS or MBA is a plus.
  2. Experience in an ad sales environment.
  3. Proven success in selling various advertising products, including search, managed services, and self-serve campaigns.
  4. Ability to structure and negotiate complex business deals.
  5. Strong organizational skills to manage pre-sales, sales, and campaign maintenance, including upselling opportunities.
  6. Experience in delivering executive-level presentations internally and externally.
  7. 10+ years of business and advertising sales experience.
