My name is Magellan. I'm the founder of Griz, a creative agency that blends style with strategy, bold ideas with limitless production capabilities, and ai-powered secret sauce with human taste.

We’ve turned Adidas shoes into playable 3D elements and unlocked record-breaking performance on social. We’ve launched a new season of Pokémon GO with a campaign video that pulled in millions of views. We’ve reimagined footage of the all-new Mercedes-Benz GLE into a scroll-stopping hybrid of live action and animation that went on to generate a ton of industry buzz. But I can't scale this alone.

I need a right hand... a builder... a closer... a partner. Someone who sees the opportunity in creative advertising at a moment when the industry is exploding. Global ad spend is projected to cross $1.03 trillion in 2025, with 63% of brands planning to outsource more creative than ever before. And with AI slashing production costs and unlocking limitless creative explorations, agencies like mine, built on speed and style, are exactly what brands need next.

That's where you come in.

I’m looking for someone who’s well-connected, sharp as hell, and ready to build something real. Someone who can bring in new business and spark long-term partnerships with brands that want to break the internet. Someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, open doors, and own the room.

You’ll lead outbound strategy, nurture inbound leads, close deals, and collaborate directly with me to evolve this agency into a category-defining force.

Who you are.

You’ve closed deals or scaled business at an agency, studio, or brand.

???? You speak fluent creative, hate fluff, and know how to sell with taste.

You’ve got a solid network or the hustle and charm to build one quickly.

???? You think in systems: scalable processes, pipelines, and repeatable wins.

Ideally based in LA or NYC, but remote works.
