Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Coordinator, Brand Partnerships to support corporate partnerships for the PBA Tour. You will split time between helping the commercial team win new business and ensuring all contractual assets are delivered on time and accurately.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, a strong writer, and proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools, with willingness to travel for events and work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in partnerships, activation, marketing, or events in sports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for partner emails.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to deadlines and deliverables.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with outreach to partners.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Track and support fulfillment of partner assets across platforms.
• Translate signed agreements into account plans with cross-team coordination.
• Manage creative approvals: collect assets, route signs, confirm logos and guidelines.
• Be day-to-day contact for partners; manage timelines and onboarding.
• Build partner recap decks and performance reporting for renewals.
• Support on-site activation, branding, hospitality, credentialing, travel at events.
• Research prospective partners and maintain outreach lists; track proposals.
• Create sponsorship proposals and recap materials; maintain AI-assisted reporting.
