Job summary

PGA Tour is seeking a seasoned Partnerships Executive to generate new revenue by identifying and cultivating corporate partnership opportunities, including Official Marketing Partnerships and Title Sponsorships.

You will manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, building strong relationships with decision-makers and delivering customized solutions across sponsorship, media, digital, and hospitality platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, sponsorship sales, partnership development or related commercial environment.
• Demonstrated success generating revenue through complex sales processes.
• Strong understanding of sponsorship and partnership marketing.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, presentation and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate and develop new corporate partnership opportunities (OMP, Title Sponsorship, and other partnerships).
• Manage opportunities through the sales process from prospecting to contract execution.
• Build and maintain a pipeline and meet revenue goals.
• Develop customized partnerships utilizing PGA Tour assets across sponsorship, media, events, digital and hospitality.
• Create proposals and business cases to communicate partnership value.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop integrated commercial solutions.
