Job summary

Champion Credit Union is seeking a Brand Operations Associate to provide hands-on operational, logistical, and administrative support for organizational initiatives, employee experience efforts, community engagement activities, and brand-related programs.

This role ensures branches, departments, events, and community activities have the materials, supplies, and resources needed to deliver positive experiences for members, employees, and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative support for community engagement activities, sponsorships, and events.
• Maintain inventories of marketing materials, office supplies, and event resources.
• Pull, package, and deliver materials to branches and departments as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering with the team.
• Assist with preparing materials for campaigns, activities, and recruiting events.
• Coordinate with team to confirm requests, deadlines, and task completion.
