Job summary

The KRE Group seeks an entry-level Operations Associate to support Brand & Events across a portfolio of communities in New Jersey. You will handle administrative tasks, track events, coordinate communications, and assist with partnerships, vendor management, and resident initiatives.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education preferred for advancement.
• 1–2 years in events, hospitality, marketing, real estate, or admin.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Outlook, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update event trackers and vendor documents.
• Upload marketing assets and organize digital files.
• Manage resident inquiries and coordinate communications.
• Process invoices and coordinate payments for events.
• Assist with vendor outreach and brand partnerships.
• Support new property openings and amenity launches.
• Prepare monthly communications and event reports.
