Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, outgoing personality.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles and conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with customers through phone, text, email, and CRM tools.
• Develop your own customer base through referrals, networking, and repeat business.
• Maintain CRM activity and follow-up.
• Stay knowledgeable about CDJR products, incentives, and inventory.
• Guide customers through the buying process with Sales and Finance Managers.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand their purchase.
• Work toward and exceed sales goals.
