Warby Parker is seeking an Art and Motion Creator to lead the execution of short-form video content and digital assets. You will translate brand strategy into cohesive experiences across paid media, social, our site, and other channels, ensuring every shot and motion detail feels intentional and on-brand.

With 3+ years of design and video editing experience, you’ll collaborate with the Brand Design team, master post-production, and stay ahead of evolving formats in digital marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in design and video editing.
• Fluent in major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Strong visual communication and sound design instincts.
• Clear communicator who incorporates feedback into the process.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and execution of short-form video content across paid media, social, and our website.
• Handle pre-production groundwork and iPhone content capture as needed (in studio, on location, and in the office).
• Manage the full post-production lifecycle, including video editing and animation.
• Translate brand strategies and campaigns into compelling digital experiences while maintaining visual consistency.
• Collaborate with the Brand Design team to ensure concepts, graphics, edits, and copy are on-brand.
