Job summary

WeWork is seeking an experienced Art Director, Motion to join our global creative team in New York. You will translate the brand vision into dynamic motion content, from storyboards to final cuts.

Expect hands-on work in After Effects and Premiere, with collaboration across marketing, events, and social teams. You should bring a strong reel, 8+ years in motion design and video, and the ability to lead concepts with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in motion design and video production.
• A reel of strong work, from idea to finish.
• Deep After Effects and Premiere.
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to present concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create motion design concepts from brief to final deliverable.
• Craft concepts, storyboards, and style frames for campaigns.
• Animate, edit, and finish frames with strong pacing and sound.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and marketing partners.
• Guide external partners to meet WeWork standards.
