Job summary

BDA Inc. is seeking an eCommerce Program Manager for Branded Merchandise in Austin, Texas. This role oversees promotional merchandising programs and online assortments, driving growth through inventory management and targeted campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, inventory, and operations to optimize listings, pricing, and user experience, while leading a small team and delivering revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ecommerce sales management experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact with deep understanding of client business and competitors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit revenue targets and cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive strategic product assortment aligned with trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to create online campaigns that boost traffic and conversions.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize sales performance and campaigns.
• Monitor inventory and pricing to maximize profitability and availability.
• Lead and mentor program sales coordinators for department goals.
• Collaborate with inventory to manage initial buys, re-buys, and liquidation.
