Job summary

Schaffer's Mill in Truckee, CA, seeks a full-time Director of Marketing & Membership to lead marketing, brand design, membership development and Member Services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 5+ years in membership/marketing roles.
• Experience in private clubs, hospitality or real estate preferred.
• Supervisory experience leading marketing and communications teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Club's annual Sales & Marketing Plan with KPI tracking.
• Lead brand design and ensure consistent visual identity across channels.
• Oversee external marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and lead generation.
• Drive membership growth, engagement, retention, and onboarding.
• Manage Member communications strategy and cross‑department collaboration.
• Supervise Communications Coordinator and Member Services Team.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies and partners; report metrics to leadership.
