Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in‑house creative team. You will apply brand guidelines or established campaigns to deliver polished, on‑brand work across marketing channels with minimal hand‑holding.

You will partner with the Creative Director and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on‑strategy design that supports digital, print, and event materials, while maintaining accessibility and typography standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience, ideally in-house, agency, or B2B/SaaS/healthcare environments.
• Portfolio showing typography, layout, color, and branding across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma or similar.
• Experience delivering production-ready files across web, digital ads, social, email, and presentations.
• Strong communication and feedback-acceptance skills.
• Experience supporting B2B software, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
• Experience with presentation design, motion graphics, video editing, or accessibility.
• Experience working on distributed teams with shared assets.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across marketing materials—social, paid, email, landing pages, presentations, and events.
• Adapt existing creative direction to new formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Flag inconsistencies and tighten the visual system within guardrails.
• Execute projects against briefs provided by the Creative Director.
