You will work cross-functionally with Insights, R&D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners to move ideas from opportunity identification to commercialization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Innovation, Marketing, or related business function.
• MBA required.
• Experience translating data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage innovation initiatives from discovery to commercialization using stage-gate processes.
• Collaborate with Insights, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify trends and whitespace opportunities.
• Contribute to annual and strategic planning and performance analysis to guide marketing levers.
