Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA, is seeking an Analyst, Innovation Finance to join One Hershey's growth initiatives. You will partner with Marketing, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development to deliver rigorous financial analysis and insightful reporting that informs innovation decisions.

You will develop SKU- and customer-level insights, support transformation initiatives, and help standardize reporting while identifying opportunities to automate processes.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and translate findings into business insights.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze Innovation P&Ls, partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate assumptions and financial recommendations.
• Develop reporting and insights that increase visibility into the financial impact of innovation projects and support business decision-making.
• Support innovation-focused transformation initiatives, including financial frameworks and strategic guardrails related to mix and margin performance.
• Perform data acquisition, cleansing, and analysis to generate actionable SKU-level and customer-level insights.
• Help standardize reporting, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to automate and digitize ways of working.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and anticipate financial questions from senior leaders to support innovation project reviews and recommendations.
