Brand Manager | Account Manager | Client Services Manager | Category Manager (Beauty / Cosmetics / Fragrance)
We’re looking for a
Brand Manager with experience in
account management, product lifecycle, customer success, and cross-functional project coordination. This role is a key strategic partner in managing client relationships and ensuring brand success across channels. If you’ve worked in
beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, wellness, personal care, fashion, or CPG and thrive in a
high-volume, data-driven, and collaborative environment—this is your next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand and client onboarding, account setup, and project briefings
- Manage and grow client relationships—acting as the primary point of contact for assigned brands
- Collaborate across internal teams (Sales, Creative, Marketing, Logistics, Planning, and Finance)
- Oversee weekly deliverables: purchase orders (POs), inventory planning, KPI reporting, budget tracking
- Identify overstock/understock risks, partner with Sales to recommend promotions and liquidation strategies
- Run weekly/monthly client meetings, performance reviews, and forecasting sessions
- Track inventory flow and order status; communicate delays, updates, and fulfillment issues
- Use Excel / Google Sheets to analyze sell-through data, develop sales recaps, and generate strategic reports
- Own and update project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.) for visibility and accountability
- Participate in brand expansion, product launch execution, and special initiatives from senior leadership
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, client services, account management, or project management
- Industry experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, wellness, fashion, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, Slack, and inventory systems
- Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, omnichannel, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environments
- Experience using data analytics and reporting to influence decision-making and performance improvements
